Plaza Strip is a mixed-use commercial and entertainment real estate project located on the Cairo Alexandria Desert Road at the entrance of Sadat City (Menoufia). The brand identity was designed to represent a destination-style promenade that combines leisure and retail elements restaurants, cafés, showrooms, and outdoor seating areas for each unit within a walkable visitor experience. The project concept also includes a dedicated track for bikes and scooters, a kids’ zone, and parking areas supported by modern safety and security systems. According to the project profile, Plaza Strip spans 8 feddans (approx. 35,000 m²) and is planned across two phases.
